Just wanted to properly introduce myself since I've been a member here for about a year. Been waiting for the perfect time to pull the trigger on a GT ever since I first stumbled across one driving around back in 2014. Well I figured since my lease was finishing up in May, now was the perfect time.

I was aiming for a delivery date of a April 17th due to it being National Mustang Day. Well I placed my order back on February 15th with Scott from Baltimore Koons Ford and it finally arrived at the dealership last night, 3/29/2017 so I figured now would be a good time to start this. I'll be flying up April 17th and enjoying the 1,400 mile drive back to FL!

I've been stocking up on some goodies for when the car arrives, mostly appearance as I'm holding off on the performance mods for a while.

Super hyped to get all these little pieces installed and start working on the main pieces of the project. I can already feel my wallet getting thinner.

Sounds great!

A couple of FYIs:

The Performance Pack tires, assuming the factory spec, is a 255/40-19 front (on a 19x9 wheel).

The 20mm spacers will require you to cut/grind down your studs as they will hit the wheel, and you won't be able to tighten the wheel down flush.

My fault they're the 1" spacers which are 25mm and you are correct, I just typed it wrong.

Technically, 1" = 25.4mm, so there are 1" and there are 25mm, the 1" being slightly bigger.

If you want the rears to tuck in a little more, Motorsports Tech makes a 23mm.

I test fit the 1" spacers all the way around on my friends GT PP and they poked a little on the rear but nothing too bad. It's just a temporary fix until I can save up the money to dish out $3,000 for some VFF-101's and new tires.

Just picked up a set of ZL1 Splash Guards for the front. The rears are going to be protected by the GT350 Rear Splash Guards that fit with the GT350 Rear Valance. Hopefully should be able to order that by the end of the month.
