Auto Trans Gear slip... !!

Hi Guys,

Hoping you can help me out on current below issues

1) I have been noticing gear slip (rpm rise a bit before 4th gear with same throttle input applied and lag in change of gear from 3 to 4 th ). Is this common ...any one else facing/faced same issues with auto tx.

2) When driving in heavy rains vibrations creep from transmission (rear axle) became increasing high as if its gonna fall apart.

Please help me out with your suggestions and thoughts..
