Thanks @Bulutt and @CrazyHippie.
Added to the first post.

I got a Flow Designs slimline number plate bracket for my S650 several weeks ago (getting in early, along with custom plates!), and the quality is outstanding. Not cheap, but absolutely no regrets.

Hi, can you show us slimline plate holder please?
Would love to, but that's a bit awkward, it's boxed away along with my slimline CUSTOM plates... ready for my S650s arrival. (Yep, I got in early!)

Pretty much as the photo on the product page.

I have a feeling that the Flow Designs holders are not plastic.
No, they are not cheap shitty made-in-China plastic crap.
As per the production description, the bracket is CNC milled aloominium, anodised black.

Lots of mounting points, and the spacers will take care of the bend in the front bumper, as I do not want to bend the front plate to conform to the bumper.

I didn't get a Flow Designs bracket for the rear, as that seems unnecessary.

I was going to do a video on the bracket when I actually have the car, otherwise it would just be another stupid unboxing video at the moment.

If I'm spending ~$80k on a car, I'm not cheaping out with crap stuff... but that's just me.

I did the same at the end of last year, plates all waiting to go.

I was going to do front and back brackets, but I'm not sure about the rear. If you look at the plates fitted to the US-spec model below, the mounting holes look quite a fair way up, which would look a bit goofy with slim a slim plate.

They actually make a vertical mounting adjustment bracket which would give additional leeway.

Vertical Adjustment Adapter (flowbrackets.com.au)

And I'd be up for a video!

This will be my first Mustang, so I don't know if Aussie S550s had exactly the same rear plate screw hole locations in the sheet metal vs the 'Merican model.

However, these photos reveal there is also central set of screw mount points.
You'd hope Aussie slimline plates will hide the upper set of mount points (which are obviously being used in your photo above).

Same with the convertible.
