Audio Options for the Track Package

I plan to order my shelby with the Track package but that little small screen does not feel right. Anyone else feeling the same way? What are some options that I can do without getting the Tech Package?

I am pretty sure if you choice track pack, you can't select other options like Sync 3 etc. But the site is getting updated so maybe that has changed. You can also do aftermarket.

Personaly I could car less about sync or the stereo in this car.
I ordered electronics package, for the radio and air, because I will drive it
and it keeps the wife happy. Me alone in car will never have the radio on
Exhaust is all the music I need.

Where does the switch for the Exhaust Mode go then if the toggles from the Tech package are missing?

You have to access it in the track apps in the dash using the controls on the steering wheel :frusty:.

I also went with the track pack. What bugs me isn't so much the tiny screen, but rather the massive bezel surrounding it. Seems like a ton of wasted space and looks really cheesy. However, I like the physical buttons over a touch screen, so I can live with it. If you did want to change, I've seen a thread where someone installed the premium head unit into a non-premium car, so that might be an option. And then there's the aftermarket.

I too will likely seek some sort of upgrade down the road since I got the track pack. It really makes no sense why both the track and tech packages are not offered or that Ford doesn't allow some al a carte choices for the radio, etc. I'm sure in future years that will change.

I ordered an R, tech package is not an option.
Even if I had ordered non R, I would have ordered track package.:ford:

The track pack has Bluetooth correct? As long as I can talk hands free and plug my phone in I am GTG.

It comes standard with Sync (not Sync3), so yes, it has Bluetooth for phones and hands free operation.

Or use the 'mode' buttons on the steering wheel to put the car in Sport mode... Sport drive mode includes the sport exhaust mode (loud mode)

I ordered a Tech Package but there is a thread where people have added the bigger screen in the base mustangs that works with the Ford Sync systems.

Does the base model not come with a/c on the GT350 (non R)?

Only the base R model doesn't have A/C. All other permutations have A/C
