Audi Prologue or '18 Mustang front end?

Not sure if anyone's brought this up before, but the avant-garde front end of the 2018 Mustang looks very similar to the Audi Prologue concept car. Just say'n...

Even the new BMW 8 Series seems to be following the same design trend.

Maybe Ford is really on to something!

Every car is pushing for the aggressive angry headlights, big mouth look nowadays... unless you’re specially pointing out the side vents they all have, which is for aero reasons and because the positional change of the fog lights from 15-17 mustangs.

Clearly they are all seeing something in the wind tunnel and noticing the success from each other on performance/MPGs.

To me, all 3 have very similar front end design language. The headlights, grill shape, and especially lower area treatment with the angular fins.

Question is, who's following who and who did it best?

Audi implemented that style fog grilles beginning in 2012ish.

They also pioneered the LED headlight, aluminium chassis, and is typically on the forefront of the major automotive trends. :cheers:
