How the hell are you guys getting the AC belt back on after installing the new damper? The Ford manual says to use a zip tie around the crank pulley but there's really nowhere to grab onto on this new one. Any ideas? I'm about ready to leave it off.

Most people say you can stretch it partially on then turn the crank and it will slip on. If you do the zip tie I think you have to remove one of the bolts in the ATI slip the zip tie thru the hole and around the A/C belt then turn the crank to have it pulled on.

Edit: make sure the bolt you remove goes all the way thru (one of the three that holds the a/c pulley on then reinstall and torque.

Exactly this. Leave one of the bolts out that goes all the way through the damper out and put the zip tie through that hole. I did it exactly this way and it worked like a champ.
