AsBuilt settings to force fulltime Tri-Bar LED brightness at 100%. (Forscan)

I have searched this topic on Google and it led me to some Ford Truck websites where they were able to designate which lights were the DRL and then keep them at full brightness at all times, regardless if the headlights are on or not. I was wondering if anyone has tried this on the Mustang or if there are some other AsBuilt settings to accomplish this. Thanks.
