Anyone know what the dampener to crank bolt torque is for the ARP bolt? Below is the factory procedure. Read something online about 155 lb-ft but couldn't confirm what year that was on.

Stage 1: Tighten to 140 Nm (103 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Loosen 360 degrees.
Stage 3: Tighten to 100 Nm (74 lb-ft).
Stage 4: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.

Thanks

Why on earth wouldn't ARP provide this to you? So annoying when TQ values are not provided.

It is 100 FT/LBS. It is on a the instruction sheet which is folded up under the packet of ultra torque lube. The instruction sheet is also available online at their website.

As stated above, it is 100ishftlbs...and comes with the bolt.

Something to keep in mind. Using the lube that comes with that bolt is VERY important.

Also, I called them to ask them what the yield point was....because I had the bolt back out when torqued to 100.... So I ended up torquing mine to 120ftlbs, very carefully.

I think they had stated that the TQ spec on the sheet was approximately 80% of the bolts yield torque....so I chose to do 120 and it has worked fine.
