I got my full ARH exhaust buttoned up and just working on O2 sensors before I can fire it up. As much as people talk about the header job, it wasn't really that bad; I was working on 12" wheel cribs. The ARHs fit nicely.

I swear that I have read somewhere that O2 extensions are not needed on auto cars. I somewhat easily got 3 of the 4 sensors connected using the factory harness, but the drivers side front sensor is about 6-8" short with no apparent way to get more length. The factory O2 connector appears to be married to a harness with other sensors (oil level, etc.).

Is there something I am missing? Is there any harm in running just one O2 extension? I was obviously hoping to avoid using them, but it may be necessary.

One extension needed on drivers side with auto, two needed on manual. No harm running one extension.

Thanks. It seemed like that had to be the case, but just wanted to verify. Car is now running and it sounds awesome!!
