*Flame suit on*

I found this video while lurking on VW tuning forums, and I think it would be cool to have something similar with tunes/mods for our Mustangs.

That would be cool to see with a stock EBM vs. a tuned EBM and then a tuned EBM with some bolt-ons. That was also a pretty cool way for APR to showcase their work.

Yeah, that's a nice way to highlight the performance changes.

No flaming from me, I like APR. They have a nice facility too. I don't miss the $600 on sale tunes though.

Do they have the RPM needle colors reversed?

gray RPM goes with the Red speedometer?

No red Rpm and speedo needles go together and so do the grey.

I've always liked how APR showcases their products and it's nice to see them back on the right track after their fiasco.

But watching their Golf R videos makes me nervous for both the EBM and the FoRS....Golf R running 11.7X with just a DP, intake, and tune...

Golf R is 300lbs lighter and AWD which probably gives it enough of an edge to get 11s.

FoRS will probably see similar times.

Try getting the Golf R to go faster though. Don't get me wrong, I love VWs (owned 4), but the aftermarket won't support the car moving to the types of numbers the EB is destined to accomplish. I would avoid one until you are pulling serious numbers though.

A mk6 R went 10.80 @127 (Edit: same car went 10.56 @128) on the stock internals. The aftermarket support is very alive and well for VAG.

It worries me that FFtec isn't getting the times out of their built motor EB. Granted it did go 122, but still, built motor...

FFTEC is still running full weight. If they stripped that car down it would probably be in the 10s. Also all of their runs have been in the summer heat

Not to mention they've only taken it out once.

I think we'll be seeing more impressive times from the EB in the next few months.
