Anyone's steering wheel come loose?

Had my steering wheel come loose on a my '17 GT350. Seriously loose, like it felt like it was about to fall off. The dealer said they had never seen that before. They had it fixed in under 30 minutes. Said a bolt had backed out and that it must not have been torqued correctly at the factory.

My steering wheel has some play in the center. I'm not sure if that is normal or not. My car is getting an alignment. I'll see if there's an improvement.

I figured that the dealer I had replace my engine on the 2016 car did not tq my steering linkage pinch bolts. I fixed it myself.
