Loose fasteners in rear wheel wells

With the sun hitting the car just right, I noticed a large black plastic fastener in the rear wheel well. Stuck my hand in only to find it very loose. There are 3 in each rear wheel well and they were all loose, and one was stripped. You might want to check yours...

I suspect - they are about the same size as a wire nut and can be hand tightened.
