Just bought a 2018 GT PP M6 with 26k miles. Several things lead me to believe those miles were hard. The clutch seems to engage on the high side. It's still smooth and I'm not going to proactively change anything... I realize it may be just fine. That said, what's the cost to replace the factory clutch? Would it be worth upgrading if I have to have it done? I don't plan on taking power much (if any) over stock and while I do drive it hard sometimes, this is not a track car.

They seem to engage high by default. Mine's always been pretty far out before it catches.

Agreed. It was the thing that took me awhile to get used to.

I was so used to, and liking, the clutches that have an engagement point almost right off the floor board and when I got my car (2019) it felt weird for quite some time.

Really? I had the opposite, mine would engage a little bit off the floor. For reference I'm driving a '17 GT.

I gather the clutch changed significantly between 17 and 18.
