Been noticing that randomly the volume will dip significantly and then come back up as randomly as it went down. Can't figure out how to recreate it. Doesn't matter if I'm playing the radio or streaming from my phone. I thought it was the speed sensing volume but it happens when I'm cruising at the same speed. I turned that off just in case and it still doesn't. Anyone notice this?

It happened to me a couple of times when I had the nav on.. As soon as the directions of the nav faded out, the volume was low... Only happened about 3 times though

I never use Nav. Has to be some bug related to something. Going to start noting exactly what I'm doing when it happens. Just don't drive the car much.

Hey eveyone,

It sounds like you may have the MyKey feature turned on. It’s designed to help encourage responsible driving. The key can be programmed to increase seat belt use, limit vehicle top speeds and decrease audio volume. I’m a SYNC specialist, so I’d suggest contacting the Customer Relationship Center for assistance. You can find their contact information here: http://owner.ford.com/contact-us.html

I hope this helps.
