Curious if anyone has installed a side exhaust. Which one?

How is it?

Does it also have a rear outlet or is it strictly side?

Did any panels need painting or did they come painted?

got a video?

How does it do going over speed bumps? I have a PP2 so I am a1/2" lower than a regular GT already. I love the look and sound of a side exhaust but am fearful of crunching it.

Also curious to see a side setup on a S550. Pretty sure the "right" way to do it would be to have it exit through the body panels so it can be high and tight without fear of crunching it of speed bumps and such. Also pretty sure it'll be an expensive project.

That's the older gen though, they may not need to drop as low for ours, or they may need to go lower, who knows? Looks awesome!

MMD had a kit with flowmaster. It was one of the cheaper options.

I love side exhausts, I am trying to shoe-horn Roush axlebacks into a side exit exhaust setup. it is almost impossible to have a SE exhaust without reducing ground clearance, there isn't a good way to get it around the side frame rail (I know it's a unibody, but that is what it looks like to me).

Ford performance had (Has?) one as well, but it was more of a hybrid side/rear exit.

If you weld something up yourself, please post some pics!
