I know on the older cars the header bolts were notorious for c coming loose. It was not a big deal back then though because they were easy to tighten but that is not the case on the 2015. Has any had to go back and tighten their header bolts?

Not me, I use ARP stainless bolts and washers on my ARH long tubes.
