I Had Christian at Power By The Hour install Lund's E85 Flex Fuel Tune

WOW... Completely different power band
Below 3500 RPM pretty much the same as stock
Full throttle above 3500 be carful you don't hit the REV limiter
I have not had it on the dyno but Alex from Lund said it should be a little under 500 at the tire

The dedicated E85 Tune has even more midrange power because it adds timing in sooner than the flex tune, both actually have about the same peak power as it sees @ 30 degrees of timeing at top RPM. To use the dedicated E85 Tune you have to have at least 70%+ alcohol content. I have not used the dedicated tune yet.

With the flex tune you can fill up with any gas you want as long as you have less than a half tank of gas, then let it fast idle for 10 minutes to burn the old fuel in the line, rail & injectors and then it learns the new fuel/alcohol mix, the tune will give you max power for the fuel blend you have in the tank
I use my car for work, during the week I run 89 Gas, weekends E85

Start saving to buy rear tires...

I’ve had headers done on mine.

98ron fuel same as US93
334.2rwkw

E85 fuel did a test seem solid on E90
344rwkw

So for only 10rwkw not sure it worth it or maybe my tuner needs to tweak the tune to get more out of it.

Thing that annoys me is I’m missing my rev match need to get that re-enabled.

Was that on the same dyno, same weather conditions?
At what RPM?

Tune should add @ 7kw
E85 @ 15kw

Maybe it just needs a data log & revision

My tune still has Rev Match

Who's tune do you have?

Many tuners disable that as the way it works ads a throttle delay.

It does take a little learning as the Rev Match doesn't hold the revs as long so you have to be a little quicker getting off the clutch when down shifting. This applies when you are putzing around town, when driving more aggressively like going hard into a corner you come off the clutch quicker anyway.
This seems to be more of a issue on the Flex Tune, the dedicated E85 works as stock. Ive been told its because the Flex Tune is constantly adjusting
