Anyone Else Get This Bored While Waiting?

Yeah, I am bored and tried of checking cotus 3 to 4 times a day. I've been receiving parts for my mustang that are just setting in my garage. Sucks!!!

Figures, I start getting parts in for my car and just recently my EDD disappears from Cotus...when I checked one morning and saw the date disappeared, I nearly backflipped out of my chair!

If your EDD disappeared it means you've been naughty this year and you'll be getting coal instead of a mustang.

JK. The same thing happened to me. I would assume it is going to be delivered according to your original EDD date

You obviously forgot one key element. The EDD means nothing if the Vehicle is not released and shipped. I don`t recall Cars arriving without first leaving the Facility.

Ordered 30 Oct, built 09 Dec, In transit 16 Dec, EDD 08 Jan. I've read the owners manual a few times, I've seen the Ford videos... on youtube, I check the news updates, I now know what the x-plan is, I've been through almost every topic on this forum, I'm still checking cotus every 5 hours. Every day I have to look at my wife's Magnetic V6. I've cleaned my garage and painted my floor gloss black with white grey and chrome flakes. I have 13 days left. my date has changed 3 times since Dec 2nd and I expect it earlier than 13 days from now.

My EDD was bumped again to Jan 4th. :-(

I've tried to download the MyFordTouch app from Apple but it's only available in Spanish and French. Anyone know what happened to the English version? Is it even available anymore?

Geezus, was bad enough waiting but when you're over 7200 miles away and your only way of keeping in touch was COTUS and the @#$% internet goes down for days at a time, you get creative (many thanks to Rachel and the crew at Ford Customer Service for keeping me posted throughout the build)

I am learning a lot of things about my Mustang...manual-cover-to-cover...multiple YouTube videos showing me things that were completely missing from the manual.
When I stop by my dealer...he asks me questions (LOL).

More important then getting information about the "Build" is what happens to your Vehicle (after) the Build while it awaits release and shipping!

Congrats on your order, pinero61! I can also help track your Mustang; please send me a PM with the dealer code and order number. I'll take a peek at your Pony's progress.

As you may have noticed by the creative and hilarious posts in this thread, COTUS (the Ford Tracking site) may not function to its full potential. It is still a pilot program and experimental.
