Noticed this today (looked like a butterfly stuck to the rearview housing at first). Looks like a snap-in replacement--if I can find one--but I can't tell if something's damaged inside the housing.

Edit: Just learned it's called a 'puddle lamp.' New one on me.

Same happened to me. I got one replaced under warranty - good thing too as the retail replacement cost for mine which displays RSPEC was north of $1,000 AUD according to dealer!😩

Just ordered one from eBay; US$65. What does 'RSPEC' mean ('Rally Spec' maybe?)? I googled it and it appears to be some kind of Ruby on Rails test harness over here.

Note the one I ordered is 'discounted' from $647; ah, fleaBay.
