Anybody tried fog light vinyls with success?

I had the intention of trying out yellow fog light vinyls to see if I liked the color but they're coming out green. So I just wanted to know if anyone who's used the fog light vinyls from the various vendors had any success in getting a yellow (3000k) appearance.

Crap and I just ordered a set from headlightarmor in GT yellow. Hopefully it'll turn out yellow. I'll post pictures when I get it installed.

I'm working with the vendor now to figure out the issue. I was thinking our fogs may have a slight blue tint causing the green output, but they appeared green even with the light off as I was putting them on.

Fog lights on the Mustang are LED and burn at around a 5000k-5500k light temperature. This means they have a blue-ish tint to them. Placing yellow overlays on these results in a green hue.

Think about it this way; they probably look cool with the lights off.

so if I put one of those blue fog light vinyl kits on them, could I expect a 8k-10k HID color?

Here's mine. Using headlightarmor in GT yellow.






The yellow is washed out a little. Wished the yellow was a lot deeper in color. But oh well this will do.
