I've had some bad customer service lately, but not all of it has been bad. Steeda has been great, and I'll be doing quite a bit of business with them. When I bought the Tomtop display it had some issues (clock being primary among them) but the seller was happy to work with me and resolved that quickly. I buy a fair amount of stuff online as I rarely have time to shop due to my work schedule and it's easier to have packages delivered (to my work address now) than to go pick them up, and it's been good.Man, I feel for you bro. You are getting the short end of the stick from all kinds of sources dealing with your car. Don't answer this, but do you get this type of response from customer service outside of your 'stang?
For a customer service rep to talk to you insinuating because you are overweight they won't help... That is discrimination. Embarrassing for you. I'm pissed off for you. I know I'm not helping here. I think a letter to the owner of the dealership, maybe. Get the guy saying that again on tape. Then you might have something.. Lol. Good luck.
That said, my service adviser at Chapman Ford is quite nice and I like her a lot. I just don't have a lot of faith in her techs, sadly. And I get why the guy made the comment; I'm pretty overweight if you consider BMI, but given the fact that I'm a weightlifter, I'm not exactly fat.
Here's a photo from a couple years ago when I was in Bogotá (probably 10-12lb. lighter then though):
Still, though, to say that it's a "big boy" problem and then flat-out tell me he wasn't going to even try to fix it?
Hrmf.
