Oh yes and [MENTION=6713]Man[/MENTION]ders thanks for the collection check list. I read it about 5 times before collecting and was ready to do the lot but l did none of them.. :doh:

I have f4 satnav
I have paint defects
I have a sat nav that doesn't work

They are going to rectify everything, but would've been easier to have done the checklist at the dealership :doh:

Probably shouldn't have bought it from a Garden Centre. A lesson to us all. ;)

I was sure that WAS California for a second. Nice palms! Know what you mean about the parking. Just have to take your chances and hope it's not a family of chavs with rowdy tykes :eyebulge:

after the long wait.. I have another long wait..

my cars sat nav touch screen doesnt work - might need replacing. and the paint defects will need a few days to sort. I wont get it back til late next week.

courtesy car coming tomorrow..

at least i had 5 days with it.

just incase others have the same.. my paint defects:

1. where edge of bumper meets the wing drivers side, there is a large amount of overspray that is sharp when you run your finger over it
2. paint missing on edge of bonnet, in front of drivers side windscreen wiper
3. passenger side sill - looks like they have painted the sills after someone has cut their toe nail in the passenger seat and painted over the clipping.

satnav/radio/phone touchscreen will not register that i am touching the screen. If it needs replacing maybe i can ask for SYNC 3? :shrug:

The paint damage from careless lifting of the wiper is a good one to watch for. It's easy done if you don't know to move the wiper before lifting. Careful if someone else washes or preps your car.

Very nice MP. A nice trip to Southend sea front I see and after seeing the pics I now know how close those parking spaces are lol.
