Anbody have a fix

I don't know if you would call this a "popping" sound, but I hear it when driving and I noticed when I put pressure on the edge of these two panels on the the dash, it makes the same sound as I hear when I'm driving. Anybody know if this is normal or how I could fix it? Here's a link to a clip-
