<rant>First Ford. Attempted to spend thousands of dollars with 4 vendors. 3 have taken my money, and have never delivered.</rant>
I was very clear with Jay up front what my expectations were. I wanted the item in stock and able to ship by EOW. If he couldn't, don't take my money and blow smoke up my ass about a fairytale ship date.
I ordered on Monday the 16th and I had my item on the 18th. Adequate communication through the ordering process to promptly receiving a tracking number.
While perfection does not exist, and Jay and his team are human, so I'm not expecting 100% in the future, this experience is how companies should do business. Other companies should strive for this level of service.
I'll be spending most of my money with Hypermotive going forward.
Today I can recommend Hypermotive w/o hesitation.
Totally and completely satisfied with the entire experience!
