If you move the top hose fitting it won't line up well with the stock hose. The small outlet at the neck is just to direct any coolant expelled past the cap.

Where I would move it to. It would still line up. Well It would reach.
I would want to move it to the side that it is closes to.
So instead of it being on the back. It would be on the side.
As for small outlet on the neck. So just connect a line and run it down to drain?

The small outlet just runs down and out of the way as you say. The hose connection points mirror the standard bottle.

The standard connect point in the back.
Is a issue for some of us.
Other have found ways around it.
But I figured I would ask to see if an option / one-off could be made.
That way the hose would be out of the way of pulley.
For those that have whipples (myself include possible).
As for the small outlet cool.

Yeah that is just way too close to the pulley for me.
And that's just the 6-rib whipple.
And I am almost willing to bet it would be touching on a 10-rib setup.
