there are two different kinds of Filters with the Airaid. The oiled ones are always red. The dry one are avaiable with red,blue or black Colour.

The red filter is the only filter available in oiled, but is also available in dry with the other filters(Blue & Black). The oiled filter just helps catch debris from passing through the filter.
