Hey TX - Welcome to Mustang6G! Congratulations on picking up your GT! What color/Options did you go with?

That's a great question about the 2015 Cold Air Intakes as well and the same will apply - If you're going to be picking up a Race Version or a Cold Air Intake that will not have the Venturi Sleeve Installed it will require a Bama X4/SF4 Tuner

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feel free to shoot me a Private Message, I'm always around to help out!

Gt premium non-PP automatic 3.15 gears that I will soon take up to a dyno to get a base mark

So the race version will also be a larger diameter pipe

Nice TX! Their boat loads of fun right? Let us know once you get a baseline, I'm always interested to see/hear what people are putting down.

As per the Race Version - Good question and both the Standard and Race will essentially have the same diameter but with the Race Version the Sleeve is not installed which will result in more flow!

The Sleeve itself is in place to prevent the vehicle from throwing a check engine light - Here's a shot of the sleeve below just to get a better idea of where/what it is:

Let me know if you have any other questions at all about this!

How is this design different than the JLT for example? Also, does JLT have daily driver media/filter? Does air raid offer the a daily driver filter with this race setup?
Ruby - Good question and both the JLT Cold Air Intake and the Airaid Race Cold Air Intake will both utilize roto-molded plastic tubing and have a very similar if not identical smooth inside as well as tube diameter. Both use a high quality multi layer reusable filter as well!

Please let me know if you're to have any other questions and I'm here to help any way I can!

Thanks Alex - Based on what Airaid mentioned in their race spec, their filter is not "daily street" approved. Do they offer a daily street filter? Can I just buy one?

Ruby - If you're after something that's going to be geared for Street use then I would check out the Standard Airaid Synthaflow Oiled Filter Cold Air Intake!

Just to make sure - Are you looking at This Filter at Airaid? If so we do not carry this so no need to worry!

Let me know if you have any other questions and I hope this helps!

I want to see back to back airad tests. Bone stock car. Then the original airad, then this race one.

Has anyone ever posted airad Dyno numbers? With a baseline to start, same day etc?
