Does it blow cold air, but just not from the vents? Any clicking sounds from inside the dash when you change the modes between floor, vents, and defrost?

Air is cold with no clicking between modes. When i ignition off and then back on it flows through the front vents as it should. i am going to try removing the fuse with ignition on with no start and then reinstall with ignition off for a relearn for the actuators.
