AEM TruBoost

Is anyone on the forums using the AEM Tru-Boost boost controller? I am having issues getting to a meager 8psi. I was hoping someone could tell me what duty cycles they were running so I could see if mine were even close.

The car spikes 7psi and settles at 6.5 no matter if I add duty cycle or not.

Are you using 2 solenoids or 1? Sometimes minor boost spikes happen. .5 psi isn't a lot.

What kit is this? Turbos, gates? What spring do you have in the gates?

On3 Twin kit. plumbed exactly like AEM said.

I'm not familiar with their wastegates, but do they have multiple top ports like the Tial MV-S? If so, did you possibly forget to plug the extra port(s) off up top?

Yes sir. But all the ports are blocked off and I appreciate you chiming in as well.

With the controller off, it makes straight 7psi. I thought it cane with 6psi

So, the controller isn't doing anything essentially. Do you have the boost reference on the gauge? Does it read boost properly?

So, no matter what you do with the gain, it doesn't go up at all?

I went from a duty cycle of 16 to 24 and basically have the same boost
