Advice - Wheels

So, I was away for work last week, when I left I parked the Mustang in the garage, dirt, and intended on washing it when I got back. well, my wife decided, to be nice, that she would wash my car for me. Which is awesome because she does a great job. But....This time, for some reason, she decided to scrub my wheels with a scrub brush, which left lots of tiny scratches. Any idea about what to do?? The rear wheel pictured I put a coat of wax on to see if it would help, but with bright shinned on it, you could still see the scratches.

I don't think the wheels have a clear coat on them so a polish job is in order.
Shouldn't be too hard, but be sure to test the polish on an inner barrel first.

That would be my suggestion.

What type of polish would you use?

Finish grade polish something just strong enough to polish. Those scratches are just surface marks. An Auto Paint dealer could give you what you need.

What Road Dog said. Did the same thing to my PP wheels - no clear coat. Wax was a big improvement but polish is in order. Least ya only got five spokes. LOL!

get some step 2 from 3m dont use a compound it will be to harsh i use the 3m system in work on freshly painted cars it takes out fine scratches ,, and a foam cone for the drill will work well on that also

I'm assuming I could use V38 Finishing polish on these with an orange hand cutting pad? or would I need to machine polish, Or is that too abrasive? I can't Imagine the paint on these Isn't super thin given the quality of paint on the car.

Mine have some scratches and uglies due to the dealership running it through their car wash a few too many times before purchasing. I was just going to get them refinished before I sold the car, But hey we all save money where we can right?
