Any Adobe experts? I'm using Adobe pro and when I make a change to a document and go to save it, I get a pop-up saying...

"The document could not be saved. The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder"

...none of which is the case. It will let me rename and save it in the same folder, yes. It will then also allow me to delete the previous file (that it wouldn't let me save) and it will also let me rename the new file I just created back to the old name. Here's another weird part...I can immediately reopen this new file I just created, make an edit, and try to save it, and it'll give me the same thing again.

Any ideas or settings to check? This is a new development on a computer I've been using for quite some time. It's also not every PDF on my machine/drive. Some will work and save just fine. It's random, but it does seem to be progressing. Originally started out as a file here and there and has since grown to this occurring on 90% of PDF files I try to edit.

Yea, not finding anything that jumps out at me from those tips. Here's the weird part...these are files that have been on my computer (on a shared drive actually) for quite some time. Some of these worked fine in the past (it would let me save changes without renaming), but now the unexplainable change has occurred.
