Accessport mounting

How have you guys mounted your AP? I'd rather not have anything glued/taped to the dash. What are my options? Has anyone used one of those mounts that sticks into the cigarette lighter (yes, I realize it's not actually a cigarette lighter)?

Also, do you guys leave them hooked up all the time, or just when they're in use?

I have mine mounted to the windshield and I have it set to turn on/off with the car.

Unfortunately I think my registration and inspection stickers would be in the way of that option.

I bought a $5 vent magnetic, no clip just slides right In, stays secure/doesn't move at all.\

I use a mount that plugs into the 12v power outlet (cigarette lighter). Works well for my phone or the AP when I'm using it.
