AC blend door reset

My AC has been blowing ambient in the driver's side for last week or so. Reading the forums I felt sure my evap was busted, but today I got beautiful cold AC from the driver's vents, but accompanied by a constant buzzing & clicking from inside the dash.

I know in most cars this is a typical blend door symptom.

Is there a reset or calibration procedure for the blend doors on our S550s? Eventually this will be a dealer job as the car is in warranty, but I've no time to take the car off the road at the moment, so if there's something I can do myself to potentially fix the issue, I'd love to hear it

Maybe try to turn it down to cool and up to hot a couple of times?
