Got a call from Performance Ford yesterday. They are sending me a new book & box, great news for me because I want to keep it as it came, wrapped.

I asked about the scuff plate, they said in the next few days they were gonna start calling those on the list and ask what they want on the plate.

That's awesome they are doing that for you!!!

I heard they where being held up by qc because the side flap didn't line up right with the top flap.

Still awaiting...won't really complain much until the end of March (2 months post sale). Just recently received a mailer from Ford on FordOwners.Com...and then the letter came with purchase survey links...so I figure I'm now in the Ford computer and the process is working its way through.
