Has anyone received a 2nd welcome kit? Some one I know did get 2nd one same as first one

I received 2, but it was one for each LE, not a duplicate kit for either[emoji4]

I waited two months from the purchase date of my car before calling Ford Performance. The folks I spoke with are very nice and professional. However, it seems as though someone else's name was put next to my VIN some time ago and had already received an owner's kit. I submitted copies of the purchase agreement and now another kit is on its way to me.

Ford Racing will send the kit to your home address. You should receive your kit in a few weeks. :ford:

I have not received squat yet--missing cover and signed photo.

Ford Customer Relations said:

Mel,
The Car Cover and Photo are not included in the Welcome Package, this is something that is sent out separately. You should be receiving the Welcome Package very shortly. The Car Cover and Photo can take a couple months to receive if it was not available at the time you take possession of your new vehicle. This is what is sent out after a certain amount of vehicles have been sold.
I did check with my specialist and this is how the information is sent to our customers.
