If I decide to upgrade the 19" wheels that come with my 50 YA Pony to 20" wheels (that fit all around) that Ford offers will this:

1. Affect the warranty?

2. What changes in the car computer and/or other systems need to be changed to give proper drive performance and car speed?

Is there's anything else I need to consider or be aware of?

-No it will not void warranty.

-Tire size for 20" should be 255/35/20 for Front, and 275/35/20 for rear.
-Get proper TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor) in each wheel. You might have to pair it with your car's on board computer. Maybe you don't have to if you get the proper one that's already paired to 2015 Ford Mustang.

-Light weight wheels will give you better performance and better gas mileage. Going 20" it gets heavier. You will most likely add weight going 20" unless you spend tons of money for light weight forged wheels. You might have to spend $500-600 each for light weight 20" wheels. (under 25lb)

-so going 20" is not an upgrade for performance wise. It is for aesthetic if you prefer bigger wheels.
