400A - Shaker?

Hey guys, bought a race red mustang gt premium today. I saw it had "Shaker" underneath all the switches and I assumed it had the sub in the back. Imagine my surprise when I get home and I find out there is none- 400a package. My question is- why does it say Shaker? Any would it be a good idea to simply add a sub in the back with the speakers it came with? Is it actually a Shaker system? Thanks!

I believe the system itself is a "Shaker" but the one with the subwoofer and additional speakers is called the "Shaker Pro"

401A is the $1800 package that has the Shaker Pro system with the sub. Its a big meh anyways. 400A is just Shaker.
