3.55 Rear End 2018 GT PP1 A10 5.0 Torsen?

Is the 3.55 Rear End 2018 GT PP1 A10 5.0 a Torsen? On the manual car it says Torsen 3.73 on the window sticker but not on this automatic. Is there a Non- Torsen 3.55?

The A10 can't be fitted with 3.73 Torsen.

Looks like I was wrong. For 2018 it appears the 3.55 is a Torsen. Changed from 2017 as the 3.55 was a non-Torsen LS diff.

FWIW, The TORSEN is the carrier or differential. The ring gear and pinon set the gear ratio. I don't have the part numbers of each TORSEN for auto or manual in front of me. It is likely it is the same part for either transmission.

I had wondered the same thing. Everywhere I looked told me the 18 PP A10 had a Torsen 3.55, but it wasn't called out on the window sticker that way, however it was clearly stated as Torsen on any 18 manual PP window sticker.

Can one of you with the automatic PP 3.55 Torsen go look under your car at the case (pumpkin) and see if the part facing the front of the car is aluminum or iron. Should be easy to tell as the iron ones get surface rust really quickly but a magnet could tell you as well. Usually the automatics have aluminum and manuals get iron but since the Torsen is on the automatic now I wonder if they gave it the heavier duty iron case.

My GT PP with MagneRide A10 has a black painted iron (per "magnet test") housing with torsen diff.
