285's on OEM 20"?

has anybody changed the 265's for 285s or bigger on the oem 20''s
Pics please....I think will fill the fenders better in addition the better grip.

I believe the 20's are only 9" wide? I wouldn't go any wider than 275's. But maybe the wheel/tire experts will chime in with better opinions.

8.5" wide. 285s while they may psychically fit won't be close to ideal tires.

285 still not optimum for 9" wide wheels... not saying they won't fit on there physically by any means, and may have a decent service life, but these aren't 4x4 trucks with large sidewalls to keep the tread face flat on the road, so a 285 as recommended by most manufacturers fits a 10" optimally, and 9.5" as a minimum square shoulder setup while still keeping most of tread face in contact with road surface.
