22 S550 Tracking Thread

So, my car was built on 9/28 and shipped on 9/29, got ETA from 10-12 to 10-18. Last weekend I found this link from this form ( OVISS - Login (unitedroadlogistics.com) ) and there it says my car is at a railyard about an hour from the dealership and the status shown is Inactive. I contacted my dealer about where the car and they said it's at Blue Island, IL but the ETA is still the same. I am kind of confused about what's going on here. Am I reading the OVISS wrong, or the dealer is getting the wrong information?

I've been communicating back and forth with my dealer about financing and etc all week, I don't wanna reach out again to ask for a rail car number right now. Don't want to be obsessive lol. United road delivery receipt shows nothing for me.

Yeah - I got a Rail ID but it was for the rail car. Well - it's already moved on so that doesn't help me. I figure the OVISS might be a help but... at this point it's not worth the hassle trying to figure out how to get an acct. I tried to set one up and was told a polite nope in an email dear jane rejection letter. lol

So I'll just wait. Hopefully won't be too much longer.

Does built mean its all done and no holds? Like do Ice mountain trucks get marked built, and then sit on the mountain for a few months? Friday mine still had a estimated delivery of 10-8 to 10-14 now its 10-24 to 10-30 but just got marked built 10-10. 9-22 blend. gt500 HE Dealer ordered. It did get the 4g delete.

From what I've seen over the past month, Built is Built and the hold period is over.

there are at least 3 different souces of (partial) information and they aren't kept in sync.

So i have a question. i just got the "it's built" email with a 2-3 week eta and my tracker says shipped... It has no date next to the shipped indicator so does that mean it hasent shipped yet? The tracker and emails are a bit contradictory at times. Thanks!

My Shipped status never updated with a date, even after receiving my vehicle. You should actually be Shipped.

Ah ok, nothing shows up when I enter my VIN. Maybe it depends on region or which rail company. Mine is going through the dreaded UP instead of CSX.
