just got my window sticker today! Seems i have also been refunded the 20$ for not having the hot spot. i read that is a recurring theme due to supply constraints and not holding back cars.

Stock GT's have 3.15 rear end, the 3.55 is an additional $750. People who are going to the drag strip keep the 3.15 to stay out of 7th gear. I'm sure 3.73 in a manual will definitely help because your gears are spaced out more. But regardless the 10 speed is so damn fast, its no comparison.I know this is completely off subject for this thread. The car I ordered is a m6 performance package. My understanding is that all of the GT's have 3.55 rears except the Performance package 6 speed cars. It is also very clear that the A10 cars are faster than the M6 cars. Has anyone ever heard about how performance package M6 with the 3.73's does against the A10? Does the rear make much of a difference. I did some searches on the forum but could not find anything before posting this.
Not to try to correct you, but the higher the number on the rear end, the closer the gears are together. So the shorter your gears are (number is higher) the sooner you will have to shift but you get better acceleration.Stock GT's have 3.15 rear end, the 3.55 is an additional $750. 3.55 gears do come with the PP as well. Included in the huge price tag for that packageStock GT's have 3.15 rear end, the 3.55 is an additional $750. Maybe it depends on what transmission you get. My 6 speed manual PP is 3.733.55 gears do come with the PP as well. Included in the huge price tag for that package
the m6 pp is 3.73 and a10 pp is 3.553.55 gears do come with the PP as well. Included in the huge price tag for that package
Yep....., 3.73 here as well.Maybe it depends on what transmission you get. My 6 speed manual PP is 3.73![]()

That’s correct. 3.15 is standard on the A10 and you do have the option to upgrade to 3.55 without the PP. 3.55 is standard on the A10 with PP.the m6 pp is 3.73 and a10 is 3.55
I got on the builder because i've saved the link for the one I ordered. When I took the performance package off it gives you the 3.55 with m6. If i clicked on the 3.15 gear it required a changed to A10.
i believe that it's like this.
m6 3.55 or m6 pp 3.73
a10 3.15 or a10 pp 3.55.
Not what I meant, I meant manual vs automatic spacing. I have the habit of thinking everyone understands what I'm thinking. Not to try to correct you, but the higher the number on the rear end, the closer the gears are together. Not many of us left brother lol.Yep....., 3.73 here as well.![]()
