I would be on the phone to Mary asking if she could clarify her statement. Most people will respond when asked questions politely.

I only messaged her because I tried to create an account and received an email that access was for customers and dealerships only. I was confused because I figured I was considered a customer, as I have a vehicle in production. She said if I had any questions to let her know - so I just asked for clarification, and if there was any info she could give me since I wouldn't be able to access the tracker.Generally speaking, it’s frowned upon to message these trucking/ train companies. They don’t have to provide access to us with tracking information, they do it to be nice and make it easy for dealerships/customers to track. One example is palsapp, you can no longer track your vehicle on there. As they said, you are not their customer the dealership is. Ask your dealer for updates, Ford Performance or Ford chat for updates. Your dealer would have the best information if they pull your vehicle visibility report.

I always ask politelyWas your car shipped? If it hasn’t been shipped yet maybe there’s nothing to be displayed yetOk… help? I made an account on United Road and tried tracking my vin. It says inactive. I had emailed them a few days ago, before I was able to access the site, asking for updates. This was their response:
does this mean that my car is getting here via a different company?![]()

Hmm. I just compared my sticker to my WBDO/DORA to verify and they both definitely match, price-wise. So I’m real curious where the discrepancy happened for you with that extra $770…While reviewing my window sticker on the tracker that recently populated, I noticed something of interest and wanted to see if others experienced anything similar. The price for the car prior to options went up $770 from the DORA. There was also a $20 decrease for "hotspot removal".
I suspect the hotspot removal might be their inability to get a particular part. As far as the increase on the car, I would imagine that gets worked out at the dealer level due to the agreed upon price when the order was placed?
Can anyone shed light on this from experience?
My window sticker also went up $770 from when I ordered. I looked through all the options and I'm pretty sure Ford just increased the base MSRP since we ordered. I've yet to talk to my dealer about it, we'll see if they honor the original price we agreed on.While reviewing my window sticker on the tracker that recently populated, I noticed something of interest and wanted to see if others experienced anything similar. I was price protected with my dealer, same as @Wingnutzz. The dealer does get a check from Ford for the difference I believe so they’re not really losing out on anything by honoring the price at the time order was placed. Thanks for checking and letting me know. Could be because I ordered mine about three months before yours, so its possible the base vehicle price was a bit lower then. Dealer originally indicated if there were any price increases, I would not be effected by them. Hopefully there will be no issue....Hmm. I noticed the -$20 for “4G LTE WI-FI HOTSPOT REMOVAL” on both of my sheets and it looks like you’re totally right about it being something Ford removed due to supplier issues. This article from two months ago covers it in more detail and it seems it was a change across the board for all their offered vehicles.
