Miko on my 2021; it's classy and seems to be very rugged and easy to keep in great shape. Cuts down on the plastic wasteland of the interior.

Good to hear, I never owned suede in a car. I had an 18 Gt but it was just a bad model.

Thank you so much for posting this. I ordered a 22 GT/CS w/Performance Package in black and I was curious how the stripe would look and this is the first one I've. Seen looks great!!

Thank you and do you like the Miko Suede inserts?
The interior is the best part of the CS package (and that says a lot). By far the nicest interior in a S550, especially with the 401a upgrade. Cool in summer, warm in winter. Also wears well and easy to keep clean.

Nice I'm glad to hear that because I was nervous about it.

Interior was what sold me on the cs (along with wheels and grille). Regular leather seat bottoms get baggy and loose over very little time where the micosuede do not.

I found the '21 Miko to be very wierd simply because when running hand on the seat cover it sounded and felt like there was a plastic moisture barrier underneath the Miko.

Was a compete turnoff. I think they should have used a better quality material....it's all synthetic anyway.

In the end the interior was not compelling enough for me.
Yeah I'm not sure how I'll like it.

I've never owned suede so we'll see how I like it.

Deric, please do not go by anything that @Hanavarian says. He just doesn’t know what he is talking about.

Both Mike and Alcantara are brand names for microsuede. It is not real suede/leather yet looks great and wears extremely well.

As far as the “moisture barrier, the GT/CS seats are heated and cooled. What he is probably feeling is the heating/cooling element. But, I guess, you really have to be pushing hard to feel something.

I appreciate it and my wife has an expedition with the heating/cooking seats and if we hit a big ass pit hole I can feel it too so I'm sure it's the same. I'm just not super familiar with the suede so I'm just nervous with it is all. It'd be a shame to buy this package and end up swapping the seats.

Honestly I've never heard of anyone disliking them that much but I guess it's possible. I've seen the micosuede on non cs cars as a part of other packages (black out maybe?) so you may be able to locate one on a lot and try them for peace of mind. Mine have been great and comfy on long 5hr road trips and in very hot (100f+) and cold (35f) days. Let us know if you hate them as now I'm curious if my boney ass and bad back is unusual in the ranks of mustang owners. I rented a gt premium for a long road trip and found the regular leather seats exactly the same comfort as the cs I now own. The cs seats along with the door cards simply look better.
