Grey03... what was your original “build day” ? .. Texasroundmans was 6-22 and obviously they beat that date... just wondering.. I have a 6-30 build date.. crossing fingers it moves into next week(?)

6/26 was my build day. You should be sent to plant next week.

Talked with ford performance yesterday (Friday) regarding any movement on my "clean" GT500 order.
Was told by Matthew:
- "clean" does not necessarily mean the car will be built, "it's just a piece of paper." only after a vin is assigned is there a guarantee the car will be built.
- if the car is not built in 2020 it doesn't automatically become a 2021. if not built in the 2020 model year one has to go back to the dealer and begin the whole order process over as a 2021 GT500.
Is Matthew misinformed and/or has anyone else heard of this?

When the order has a status of unscheduled/clean, it means the order has been reviewed and found to be a buildable order with the appropriate allocation. At this stage of the game it will get a VIN.

I am Unscheduled clean and the dealer has my deposit. I am assuming that if the car is not built in 2020 then all bets are off and I get my deposit back.

It's about time!

Thanks Earl your the best. Been three months since produced and all most one year since I put my first deposit down at a different dealer. Now she has to make the return trip before I can touch her. I have some pics from the dealer I will put up tonight.
