2020 5.0 - spark knock? Example in body

Good morning all,

I’ve noticed an intermittent rattle or something under load accelerating around 2k rpm. Now, I know about the 2k rattle and I definitely have that, but this seems a bit different. The video I linked below is the exact sound, but my car doesn’t do it as significantly.

is the video correct in calling this spark knock? Is there any advice on how to address it? I feel like my 2k rattle has been getting slightly worse but that could be just me focusing on it now that I hear spark knock.

Additionally, I have noticed - maybe three times - a shudder while idling then an rpm drop.

should I just change the plugs and see if that helps or am I going in wrong direction?

I’m not really sure where to look frankly, I’m new to this code diagnosis.
I have forscan lite and a obd sensor - where would it pop up?

When I click log in forscan lite after a drive I don’t see anything other than checkmarks next to systems and no errors under the errors menu. But I definitely heard it again with windows down

Agh ok I was thinking it would store knock issues in the log or something. Tough to watch while driving but can screen record on my phone maybe.
