2019 GTCS Blow By Racing Demon Killer Stage 2 Install Build with Pictures

I'm starting a build thread with pictures and video in the later part of our build thread. This is a production kit in stock and ready to ship. All parts are name brand. Precision Turbo, Tial blow off, Precision wastegates, stainless piping. This is a complete kit with everything needed to install it over a weekend and kill some Demons!! We have several customers that have installed the kit them selves, taking their time. We have step by step instructions with pictures. This is my brand new 2019 GTCS Mustang A10 with the 401A package. I will be posting dyno numbers and back pressure numbers with gauges side by side. We have already tested back pressure on a 2016 Mustang GT and its .4 to 1 up to 10 PSI. This was with bone stock factory exhaust. With my 2019 GTCS and our customer's 2016 GTCS we are not trying to kill it with power. We both just want a nice 9 - 10 Sec fast street car. I drive my car every day 64 miles to work. Our customer drives his car over 100 miles a day to work. After the build thread i'll be posting up track times. Without further ado......Here is the start of the pictures!

With the 2019 GTCS the bumper will have to be removed due to the active grill shutters being bolted to the bumper. The good thing is Ford revised the front bumper and it now bolts up top where the clips normally break or come loose from taking the bumper on and off.

Looks outstanding! Is that just a simple cap on the old line that went to the small factory air intake hose? Will that see any pressure and blow off?

What can you tell us about the intercooler? Looks thick.

It is just a cap. It won't see any pressure. The intercooler is rated at 1200 HP.

Nothing to see here but another stock 2019......................... Leaving my daily driver here at 704 HP and 698 TQ. Peak boost is 7 PSI, back pressure is .28. Less then 1% back pressure. Just a fun daily driver!
