2019 GT PP2 - Excesive shaking when idle and driving

2019 GT PP2 starts shaking immediately upon firing up and never goes away.

Symptoms

• Noise coming from the top of the manifold, kinda sounds like injector ticking but louder.
• Exhaust shakes, feel it in the seat.
• Center console rattles and creaks at freeway speeds.
• Lacks some power but not always, can get up to 100+ but feels like it takes longer than usual.
• Zero codes
• Weak exhaust sound (stock with active option)
• Odd crackly sounds coming from under the car.

New parts

• Injectors (Upper)
• Spark plugs
• Coils
• Crank sensors

Thoughts

• Initially thought the most likely issue is injectors, didn't help.
• Spark plugs didn't help.
• Coils improved the exhaust sound and performance, but shaking and noises persist.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. And in the unlikely chance, someone is in Vegas and can help, I'll pay.

Possibly vct solenoid issue, try replacing them. I dunno if you can log cam position actual minus desired but if it's jumping all around then that's the likely culprit
