Front brake rotors ... the dealer could not tell me yes or know other than min/max thickness across the entire width of the rotor.
My question ... is it by design that Ford manufactured the front rotors such that the inner disc is ~.100 thicker than the outter disc of the rotor? Can be seen by eye that prompted a measurement. These are new rotors installed at the factory.
Measured at two places:
Outer measures ~ .328/.335
Inner measures ~ .432/.435
