2018GT Leather Seats

So I've seen some conflicting info floating around on the leather in the GT premiums. I've got a 18GT 401a now (previously a 16 GT Premium with the premier interior...very similar seat trim), and I'm wondering...is the leather in these cars coated or not?

IE, should I be using lexol on them, or 303? Or both, depending on where on the seat?

From what I understand only certain sections of the seat are real leather and those sections are coated leather. I have a 2016 and have been using Chemical Guys cleaner and Cockpit Premium on the seats and they look new. I don't use conditioner, it would just sit on the surface.
