2018 Tuning ?

So I drove a couple 18’s today. One with driver modes (drag etc.) and one with base 300a. Are the 18’s tune detectable? Meaning if a motor lets go or issue can Ford see if car was tuned?

My understanding is the CPU logs how many times it has been flashed. A tune flashes the CPU and thus tells the tech a tune was installed and removed thus giving Ford the ability to void the warranty based on a tune having been installed.

Again, I have no first hand knowledge, but from reading many posts on the subject on this forum that is my understanding. So a laymen's explanation I suppose.

Tuners can keep drive modes (normal, sport) separate as far as tuning aggressiveness which is cool. Still like the toggle option. Looking at base auto w/ PP.
